Welcome to FFW 2027!
The 15th International Conference on Fracture Fatigue and Wear (FFW 2027) is scheduled to be held in Ghent, Belgium, from 27 to 29 July 2027. FFW 2027 will be held physically at the NH Gent Belfort hotel and online via the conference website.
The overall objective of the conference is to bring together international scientists and engineers in academia and industry in fields related to Fracture Mechanics, Fatigue of Materials, and Tribology and Wear of Materials. The conference covers industrial engineering applications of the above topics including theoretical and analytical methods, numerical simulations and experimental techniques.
One of the aims of the conference is to promote cooperation between international scientists and engineers from a large number of disciplines, who are involved in research related to Fracture, Fatigue and Wear.
Ghent is a historic city in the heart of Belgium, famous for its medieval architecture, the iconic Belfry and its lively canals. With its harmonious blend of heritage, culture and innovation, Ghent offers a unique and welcoming setting for an unforgettable scientific exchange.

A book of abstracts will be published in Scientific Books of Abstracts.
